How long will it take for my order to get to me? Please see our Delivery and Returns page.

Can I order Internationally? We are not currently shipping outside of UK or Europe. If you’re visiting our site from outside of the UK and Europe, please scroll over the Countries tab on santacruzskateboards.eu to find a retailer or distributor in your country.

How can I find out the status of my order? For registered users, to track your order, please login, navigate to your order and view the ‘Order Shipments’ tab. You can also check the history of your orders and check the status. You can also click on the link from your shipping confirmation email.

I checked out as a Guest. Can I still track my order? If you have an order you would like to track and you haven't registered, please email customer service and they will be able to provide you the latest shipping information.

What’s your return policy? Please visit our Delivery and Returns page.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.

Did my card get charged? When using a credit or debit card on Santacruzskateboards.eu your financial institution may place a monetary hold on your account. This hold is usually released when the completed transaction is received by the bank, but the release of the hold may take several days, depending on your banks policies. Please check with your financial institution for more information.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed? We pride ourselves in processing your order as quickly as possible. Orders are sent to the warehouse generally the same day. Once the order has been received by our warehouse we can no longer cancel or change an order. Please contact customercare@santcruzskateboards.eu as soon as you realize you need to make a change or cancel and we will try to service this request.

My promo or discount code is not working? We recommend that you check the valid through date to ensure that the promo code is still valid. Promo codes do not work in conjunction with other offers. If the promo code is still valid, please contact customercare@santacruzskateboards.eu for assistance.

How do I apply a discount toward my order? At the top right of the page you will see “BASKET”. Click on the link and then click “VIEW BASKET”. Once in the Basket, scroll down until you see "DISCOUNT CODE". Type your promo code in this field and click "APPLY COUPON". Once applied, if the promotion is valid you will see in a confirmation at the top of the screen in green writing. The discount code will now be applied at checkout.

Can I combine promo codes/offers? No, promo codes are designated for one and only one order.

Can I expedite my shipping? Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

My size shows 'Out of Stock'. How can I order? Sizes that are displayed in the list with 'Out of Stock' are sold out. To see when your size might be back in stock, please email customercare@santacruzskateboards.eu. Currently we do not offer back orders.

Do I need grip tape? All of our decks come with a free sheet of standard grip tape supplied. Please note – decks are non-returnable once the grip tape has been applied. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more information.

What if I have a faulty/snapped skateboard? We will only accept an item as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault. This does not include decks damaged due to skating error. Most snapped decks occur when a trick is landed incorrectly or if your feet are not positioned over the trucks. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by misuse.

Please note that once skateboard hardware or grip tape has been applied to a deck, it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. All decks must be returned in an un-skated and re-sellable condition.

For UK customers, our decks come with a free sheet of standard grip tape supplied. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service to European-based and Nordic-based customers at this time. WHAT IF I HAVE A FAULTY SKATEBOARD, OR HAVE SNAPPED MY SKATEBOARD DECK?

We will only accept an item as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault. This does not include decks damaged due to skating errors. Most snapped decks occur when a trick is landed incorrectly or if your feet are not positioned over the trucks. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by misuse.

If you think your deck has a manufacturing fault, please email us photos before returning it, as we can assess many boards through this process and avoid sending it back unnecessarily. We will only process the exchange or refund if we deem the item as faulty.

 

CAN I RETURN A SKATEBOARD DECK THAT HAS HAD GRIP TAPE APPLIED TO IT?

Please note that once skateboard hardware or grip tape has been applied to a deck, it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. All decks must be returned in an un-skated and re-sellable condition.

 

HOW DO I REMOVE OLD GRIP TAPE FROM A DECK?

  1. Use a heat gun or hairdryer to warm up the edges of the old grip tape.
  2. Slowly peel up the grip tape, applying heat as needed.
  3. Alternate between heating and pulling off the grip tape. As you progress down the board, it should become easier to remove.
  4. Once the old grip tape is fully removed, you can apply the new sheet of grip.

 

HOW DO I APPLY GRIP TAPE TO A SKATEBOARD DECK?

  1. Prepare the deck by clearing any debris.
  2. Peel back the grip tape sheet and hold the adhesive side above the board.
  3. Start from the center of the board and apply the grip tape, working outward.
  4. Use the backing sheet to push out any creases or bubbles to the edge of the deck.
  5. Once air bubbles are gone, trim off the excess grip tape.
  6. Use a file or metal tool to file down the edges of the grip tape.
  7. Peel up the edges for easier cutting.
  8. Cut the excess grip tape from the side, away from yourself.
  9. Use the excess grip tape to sand down the edges of the grip for a better hold.

For all purchases made on this Santa Cruz website, please contact us at customercare@santacruzskateboards.eu . If your order was placed online or in-store with another retailer, you will need to go back to them as the first point of contact. The store can pass on the details of the claim to us and we can advise of a suitable solution.

AS AN EU CUSTOMER, WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

We cover all customs charges on our side, so delivery to EU mainland addresses shouldn't be subject to customs or import charges, but each territory does work differently.

You may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges due to local laws or customs rules. Whoever your order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery.

I have received faulty goods?

If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team at customercare@santacruzskateboards.eu before returning your item. Please include any information and images outlining any defects or damage.

 

Can I swap my item for a different size?

Because our stock is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, please order replacements online in the usual way.  Once we receive your original items back in the warehouse, the usual returns process applies.

 

How long does a return take?

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. Once processed, funds can take up to 5 working days to become visible, depending on your bank.

 

Can I return Santa Cruz products purchased at another retailer?

Santa Cruz is only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through santacruzskateboards.eu . If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
